An agent for appointment calls

I’m building a phone agent that can call an office to ask about appointments.

Phone-agent workflow: define the task, review and approve, place the call, then review the transcript. — The call starts after the task has been reviewed and approved.

Before a call, I enter who it’s calling for, what to ask, and any timing preferences or limits. I then review those instructions and choose whether it can collect available times or book an appointment that matches.

Approving the task and starting the call are separate steps. The interface also shows call status, task activity, and a transcript to review afterward.

The interface is built. I’m still testing the calls and improving the controls around them.
